A Made For The Movie Character In BD: Toshiro

His name is Masami Kosaka he plays Toshiro in Breaking Dawn Part 1. Now I know what you are saying, Who the hell is that? LOL well if you go on IMDB this is what it says : Toshiro is rumored to be a film-only character and the man who binds Edward and Bella to their wedding vows but the trailer has cleared up those rumors as Angelo Renai (Minister Weber) plays the priest.

And it is clear from the trailer THIS is not who binds the 2 in holy matrimony... So who is this mysterious character going to be? Any ideas?
